changi airport has 4 terminals, t1, t2, t3, , t4, total annual handling capacity of 80 million. terminals 1, 2, , 3 directly connected via monorail people mover system, airside passengers being able freely move between terminals without going through immigration. transport within , between these 3 terminals provided people movers , skytrain system, although possible walk between terminals on foot landside visitors.

jetquay cip terminal

jetquay cip terminal, airport s fourth terminal, privately run terminal, located in between t2 , vip terminal. jetquay provides private check-in, baggage handling, , immigration clearance services. second luxury airport terminal in world open after lufthansa first class terminal in frankfurt airport. however, unlike lufthansa first class terminal, jetquay elite, dedicated cip (commercially important people) terminal can used passenger travelling in class, on airline, through terminal (t1, t2, t3, or t4).

terminal 4

changi airport terminal 4 opened on 31 october 2017. terminal replaced demolished budget terminal.

cathay pacific , korean air first 2 airlines move new terminal on 31 october 2017. followed cebu pacific , spring airlines on 2 november 2017. final 2 airlines move airasia group , vietnam airlines on 7 november 2017.

terminal 5

a fifth terminal, terminal 5, ready in next decade announced transport minister, lui tuck yew on 7 may 2013. terminal 5 built on 1,080 hectares of reclaimed land in changi east, making 1 of largest terminals in world. terminal handle capacity of 50 million passengers annually. addition of fifth terminal, changi airport able cater more 135 million passengers every year. national carrier @ terminal 5, each alliance of airlines such skyteam , oneworld operate out of dedicated terminals. terminal 5 expected have more self-service facilities , bigger lounges. terminal 5 linked other terminals @ changi airport. allow expanded changi airport operated single, integrated airport ease of transfer between different terminals, maximum passenger convenience , airfield operational efficiency.
