sister sparrow , dirty birds released self-titled debut album in november 2010. recorded live in 1 night @ avatar studios in new york city, capturing uniquely tight-yet-loose live sound had honed on many hot city nights. album listed 1 of top non-jazz favorites 2010 jazz. independent media magazine awarded best album didn t hear in 2010 in 2010 imm music awards.


pound of dirt (2012)

on february 28 released second album pound of dirt. after many thousands of miles, breakdowns, , missed shows, band needed new van touring in 2012. launched kickstarter campaign purchase new van , surpassed $20,000 goal $21,025 raised.


fight ep (2013)

in march 2013, band went legendary henson recording studios in la , recorded ep grammy-award winner , former american idol judge randy jackson. resulting 4 song ep recorded in day , half , later released in october of same year.


the weather below (2015)

the third studio album band released on may 18, 2015. recorded @ bear creek studio in woodinville, washington on 3 weeks in december 2014. album produced ryan hadlock, , songs written arleigh kincheloe.

the band s first live album released on march 4, 2016. recorded @ warehouse in fairfield, connecticut on december 31, 2015. album recorded lucas tecun, mixed micah davis, , mastered greg calbi.
