no work or planning has started on segment of corridor h yet. virginia undoubtedly wait until west virginia completes of segments before completing small segment west virginia state line interstate 81 near strasburg, virginia.


in april 2003, new 48 signs installed along state route 55 in virginia. while state route 55 not final alignment of corridor h through region, temporary transition west virginia completes portions state line.


virginia designated state route 55 virginia scenic byway. plans in works vdot maintain existing facility , continue make spot improvements.
