type iii verbs

verbs have first infinitive ending in 2 consonants + a: mennä = go . way of looking @ verbs have verb stems ending in consonant vowel must added (e present tense or past tense) before personal ending. final consonant of stem emphasised length in infinitive , participle forms , written double consonant. if consonant ending of stem -s, however, dictionary form of verb ends -stä or -sta. large group of verbs.
